How long will it take to get my order?

Parcels shipped within Spain normally arrive 10 business days from the shipping date. Custom orders: you will be advised of the shipping date.

What if my ceramics arrive damaged?

Is postage insured?

Items lost in the post are not covered by Paparkone, please ensure your shipping address is correct. 

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item. Please email to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns on made-to-order, custom, or personalised items.

After we receive your return request, we will provide instructions for sending the items back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please retain proof of postage until your return is processed. Once we inspect the condition of returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Sale items may only be exchanged for another item – no refunds are provided on sale items. If you would like to exchange a sale item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your original purchase.

If an item arrived defective, damaged, or materially different than described, please contact us ( right away to arrange a refund or exchange.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day cancellation period starts on the day you or someone you nominate receives the goods (with the exception of made-to-order and personalised items as mentioned above). If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own cost without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us. We are not responsible for any diminished value in goods returned to us. Reimbursement will be issued once we have inspected the returned goods.
